Initial Consultation

Book £65 – 1 hour session

An initial consultation is for any injury that our therapists have not yet assessed. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and includes: thorough physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and from there we will work with you to develop a rehabilitation plan. 

 

Injury Treatment

Book £60 – 1 hour session 

Book £85 – 1 hour 30 minutes session 

An injury treatment appointment is to be booked once you have been assessed by one of our practitioners. This is a follow up treatment appointment is usually 60 minutes long and will include therapy for your injury, exercise prescription and any relevant scan referrals.

 

Massage Therapy

Book £45 – 30 minutes session

Book £60 – 1 hour session

Book £85 – 1 hour 30 minutes session

Massage therapy is highly recommended as an addition to your injury rehabilitation, or simply relax your muscles after a hard day! At our clinics, we can offer you Massage Therapy for durations of 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Our highly experienced and fully qualified and insured massage therapists can provide you with Sports Massage (deep tissue), Relaxation Massage (gentle pressure) or pregnancy massage (12 weeks +). 

 

Pilates

Book £60 – 1 hour session

Pilates can help you improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility. At Clinic4Sport we offer 1-2-1, 60 minute sessions with our fully qualified and insured pilates instructor who will ensure that a personalized class is created to improve your movement patterns in daily life activities and sport as well as help reduce injury risk.

    Nutritional Advice

    Book £85 – 1 hour session

    We all know nutrition is important, but it really is one of the most important factors for getting yourself in shape. Building lean muscle is hard enough but you need to start with your food intake.
    Our sports nutritionist can advise you on healthy eating plans, provide some recipes to show you how tasty heathy food can be and get you generally into good eating habits.
