Its is great when rehab techniques work on tennis coaches at Dukes!

I simply love comments like this one: 'Samia, I've managed to run twice during this week and I am pleased to say have woken up next morning with very little or no pain in the knee . Will keep the rehab up and going steady. Very happy to feel no pain for the first time in ages '  Read more

This is what I love my job SO much!

'Hi Samia, thank you!!! It felt great to finish and it was lovely to see you after at Hyde Park half marathon! I stuck to a pace of 6.30-6.40 km a minute pace which was slow for me but I knew it was my best chance of getting round. My knee only began to hurt in the last mile when I decided to speed up a bit for the end! It is absolutely fine now (both today and yesterday!). Thank you for your wonderful treatment - it definitely worked, so grateful. Jen x'Read more

The demonstration of how to warm up was also well received!'Read more
