Louise Ronaldson wins International Tennis Tournaments

Well done to Louise Ronaldson who after overcoming several  injuries has recently won an ITF tournament in South Africa! 1st in ladies doubles and runner up in ladies singles. Congratulations are in order! Louise is a junior tennis player with lots of energy and a very competitive nature. I have almost been watching Louise play even when she was lower than the net! Good luck to Van Phillips on his Spanish golf tournament!

Van Phillips is an English professional golfer who turned pro in 1993 when he was selected to represent Great Britain and Ireland. He has achieved great titles along his professional life including European Tour Winner. Clapham Common Series 15k run

This was the view from one of our runners on Sunday 13th October at The Clapham Common Series. The Clapham Common Series have been running for 8 years. There are 5races which run throughout the year and all are part of the series. They host the 2k Kids Chase, mixed 5k, 10k and 15k. Races cater from beginners to elite athletes & course is multi-terrain on grass and tarmac and within the park. Well done to Simon Wyatt who completed 15k in 1h 35min, not bad considering the tough conditions on the day!Read more

Hyde Park Half Marathon

16,000 people crossed the finish line in the 2013 Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon. It was an exciting and action-packed day to remember. Richard Barber a patient treated by Samia at Genesis recovered from a calf injury completed this run in 1h 23min. Well done to Richard! Hope he enjoyed the celebrations after the race :)Read more
