Massage therapy is a recommended to rehabilitate an injury or simply relax your muscles after a hard day. At our clinics we can offer you Massage Therapy for durations of 1 hour and 30 minutes, and our very experienced and fully qualified massage therapists can provide you with a Sports Massage (deep tissue), Relaxation Massage (gentle pressure) or pregnancy massage (over 3 months only).

• Rehabilitating any injury can a frustrating process and massage therapy is designed to relieve/prevent muscle strains and complications restoring balance in your musculoskeletal system and helping you get back on track quicker.

• While one of the main goal of physical rehabilitation is to increase strength and flexibility, it often ends before the area has been returned to its full pre-injury state so massage plays a vital part in getting your muscles in a healthy state to play a sport and daily activities.

Hanif operates out of Fitness First Gym, Hammersmith. If you are a member there, great we can get to work in familiar surroundings.
If you aren’t a member then there are some fantastic membership packages available, making it well worth joining so that you can benefit from my expertise, experience and the range of facilities on offer at the gym.
