Lucinda Davies is a golf pro who operates at Dukes Meadows and she has a fantastic reputation within golf ladies in the area. We were asked to provide a golf warm up set that got ladies warmed up for their round on Thursday 13th August. It was great to see ladies following advice and reducing their risk of injury on this day. Below are photos evidence that ladies did their best to get their muscles warm for golf before their round 🙂
