Rough Runner is an obstacle run event  on 18th July in Petersfield and Clinic4Sport was there to provide participants with medical care before and after their 5km, 10mile and 10km distances. Our tent was busy with helping participants recover from this event as by the look of the obstacles they will be using the whole body and mental strength to complete this course!
