Prudential Ride in London is an annual two-day festival of cycling:
A true legacy of the 2012 Games!

Ride 100 Prudential London

Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 is the biggest closed-road bike ride in the UK, and had over 24,000 cyclist took to the roads of London and Surrey on the weekend of 1st and 2nd August.  This event is one of the first Olympic Legacy events as it follows the amazing Olympic Road Race Route for 100 miles all the way from Stratford before finishing on the Mall where Samia Gomez our Sports Therapist was there to help riders with their aches and pains via Diabetes UK.

Well done to participants and team for their great efforts to make this event so special in the London calendar! 🙂
