Stair Climbers reach the top! – 25th March 2017

Shooting Star Chase

The Stair Climb was the first event of its kind for Shooting Star Chase and participants walked, jogged or sprinted up a total of 877 steps before reaching the top of one of London’s most iconic buildings the Broadgate Tower to take in the breath-taking view of the capital at 541ft.

Charity steppers donned Shooting Star Chase Friendlies’ t-shirts and fancy dress outfits, warmed up for the event with ex-GB athlete Jonathan Barbour, and were later treated to post-race refreshments from Gino D’Acampo’s My Pasta Bar and awarded a commemorative medal.

Our Clinic4Sport therapists: Modestas and Shim were based at the 33rd Floor to help steppers reach their final destination: top of the building and below is the charity feedback:
