🏏 Masterclass Cricket Partnership

In 2025, we’re proud to have partnered with Masterclass Cricket, based at King’s House Sports Ground and Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy in Slough.

Masterclass Cricket was founded by Uzi Arif, a former county cricketer who played professionally for over a decade (2008–2018). Known for his exceptional pace — clocking an incredible 92.4 mph and earning the nickname “The Rocketman” — Uzi’s career highlights include taking 11 wickets for 73 runs against Northamptonshire CCC.

He has also served as Assistant Bowling Coach for the Chattogram Challengers in the Bangladesh Premier League, bringing a wealth of international coaching experience and passion for developing the next generation of cricket talent.

This partnership presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with their newly formed Elite Academy, which is home to some of the most promising young cricket talent.

🤸♀️ Richmond Gymnastics Association (RGA)

We are incredibly proud and honoured to work with the outstanding gymnasts at Richmond Gymnastics Association (RGA).

RGA has an exceptional history of producing world-class talent — with athletes who have become World and European Champions, as well as medallists at the World Games in China (2025).

Our Role

Clinic4Sport works closely with RGA’s gymnasts on a weekly basis, supporting them to perform at their best. We provide:

  • Injury assessment and rehabilitation
  • Education on injury prevention
  • Return-to-sport support to help them get safely back on the mat and ready to compete at the highest level
  • Medical referrals

We also attend major Acrobatic Gymnastics tournaments across London — including London Regionals and the RGA Competition — providing on-site care for both chronic and acute injuries. Our team ensures every gymnast receives the right advice, treatment, and recovery support when they need it most.

What Is Acrobatic Gymnastics?

Acrobatic Gymnastics (Acro) is a dynamic, team-based discipline where gymnasts perform three choreographed routines to music, showcasing incredible balance, strength, and artistry.

Partnerships are made up of different group sizes:

  • Pairs: Women’s Pair, Men’s Pair, and Mixed Pair
  • Groups: Women’s Group (3 gymnasts) and Men’s Group (4 gymnasts)

Each member has a unique role:

  • Tops – typically smaller and more agile, performing flips, balances, and aerial moves high above the ground
  • Bases – usually older and stronger, providing stability, strength, and control during lifts and throws

The Routines

Each pair or group performs:

  1. Balance Routine – static holds and smooth transitions
  2. Dynamic Routine – powerful, flight-based elements
  3. Combined Routine – a blend of both balance and dynamic skills (performed in the finals)

Routines are judged on:

  • Difficulty – based on the complexity of the performed skills
  • Execution – how precisely and cleanly the moves are performed
  • Artistry – creativity, musicality, and overall presentation

Working with RGA continues to be an inspiring journey. The talent, dedication, and teamwork of these athletes are second to none — and Clinic4Sport is proud to help them stay strong, healthy, and competition-ready all year round. We are excited to be apart of the future at RGA and all that it will bring!

🏉 Old Amplefordians RFC

We’ve proudly supported Old Amplefordians RFC since 2024. Based in Motspur Park, the team competes in the Surrey Counties 2nd Division.

Originally founded as the alumni team for Ampleforth College — a prestigious school in York — Old Amplefordians have grown into a passionate, close-knit club that embodies the true spirit of rugby.

They play Rugby Union on Saturday afternoons, bringing together players who share a love for teamwork, commitment, and competitive sport.

About Rugby Union

Rugby Union is a dynamic, physical team sport played between two sides of 15 players.
Teams score points by:

  • Scoring a try (carrying or grounding the ball across the opponent’s goal line) – worth 5 points
  • Kicking a conversion (after a try) – worth 2 points
  • Kicking a penalty or drop goalworth 3 points

The game combines strategy, skill, and endurance. Passes can only travel sideways or backward, and each match is played over two 40-minute halves.

About the Club

The festival includes a mix of rugby sevens, tag rugby, football, and netball, all organised by members of the Law Society RFC. It’s a fantastic celebration of sport, teamwork, and community spirit, attracting participants and spectators alike to Richmond Rugby Club.
