About Me:
My physiotherapy journey began with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India, which I pursued with a clear aim – to build a career in sports. As a former professional cricket player, I’ve always been fascinated by athletic performance, injury recovery, and the science behind helping athletes return stronger.

During my internships and on-field experiences at various hospitals and sports tournaments, I developed a foundation in assessment, rehabilitation, and injury prevention for both young and professional athletes. Currently, I’m pursuing my MSc in Sport Rehabilitation at St Mary’s University, London, where I continue to advance my clinical and practical skills to provide evidence-based, athlete-centred care.

Being part of Clinic4Sport will give me the exciting opportunity to work on-field during matches, assisting athletes in real time with injury management, and post-match recovery. This hands-on exposure will strengthen my understanding of the demands athletes face and deepened my commitment to supporting their performance and wellbeing.

A Bit More About Me:
Favourite food: A wholesome protein bowl or a comforting homemade veggie wrap after a long training session.

Sports I play:

Cricket has always been my heart of sport, but I also enjoy running, tennis, and gym workouts to stay active and fit.

Best place I’ve visited:
I’m still exploring new places to find a favourite, but I’d happily spend all my summer holidays by the beach — it’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge.
