I began my physiotherapy education in 2015 and graduated from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, India with a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. I worked within a private MSK and sports clinic for 1.5 years in my home city after completing my internship in a government hospital.
In September 2021 I embarked on a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Leeds Beckett University which I completed in Summer 2022 . I am registered with The Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
In addition to being a skilled Physiotherapist, I am qualified in Myofascial Release (MFR), Manual trigger points release techniques, positional releasing techniques for major muscles and cyriax mobilisation. I have a particular interest in applying “MyoFasical Release techniques” with my patients because it assists with function optimization, pain management, and injury prevention.
1. Where is the best place you ever travelled to?
Answer: Scotland’s North Coast 500 is by far the most tranquil spot I’ve ever been. The route with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other was one of my favourite drives. Even better, it was a memorable vacation experience with my colleagues.
2. What are your sports?
Answer: I enjoy playing badminton and football. I’ve additionally participated in university football. With a handful of my colleagues, I usually play football once a week in the neighbourhood park.
3. What made you choose to become a physiotherapist ?
Answer: When I went to my cousin brother’s clinic, I discovered about physiotherapy for the first time. The fact that people were recovering from their injuries, gave me a great deal of satisfaction. I took the decision to become a physiotherapist for this reason, and I am passionate about assisting others in enjoying meaningful lives.
