Concussion

Concussion Assesments

Helping You Return to Sport Safely – One Step at a Time At Clinic4Sport, we understand how critical it is to properly assess and manage concussions, especially for athletes eager to return to their sport. Our Concussion Assessment Protocol is a comprehensive, multi-session program designed to monitor your recovery and guide you safely back to full activity.

Cupping

Cupping

Cupping therapy is one of the oldest and most effective method of releasing the toxins from body tissue and organs. It is a practice in which the therapist puts special cups on the skin to create suction. This causes the tissue beneath the cup to be drawn up and swell causing increase in blood flow to affected area. Enhanced blood flow under the cups draws impurities and toxins away from the nearby tissues and organs towards the surface for elimination.

Stretching

Stretching Service

Stretching at Clinic4Sport is a professionally guided, assisted stretching service designed to optimise mobility, improve tissue quality, and support performance, recovery, and injury prevention. Unlike generic or self-guided stretching, our sessions are delivered by qualified therapists who assess how your body moves and apply targeted, sport-specific stretching techniques based on your individual needs, training demands, and movement restrictions.

shockwave

Shockwave

Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), is a non-invasive treatment used to promote healing and reduce pain in various musculoskeletal conditions. It involves the application of high-energy sound waves (shockwaves) to targeted areas of the body to stimulate tissue repair. These sound waves create mechanical pressure waves that penetrate the skin and reach deeper tissues.

Footscan Analysis

Our new Footscan provides accurate 2D and 3D analysis of static, balance and dynamic measurements, with the highest recording speed available today. This allows all our trained clinician to see greater detail and conduct a more reliable gait and movement analysis. Outcome measures: Pre and post intervention, orthotic or treatment differences can be visually compared. Balance protocol for measuring functional movements, postural sway and foot stability. You do not need to bring anything special for this appointment, just yourself!
